Do I need a card for the free trial?
Yes, for Watch we check your payment method with 1 cent, so the plan can continue after day 14. Cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing. The free check needs no card and no account.
Do I have to set anything up?
No. Your category is already measured in the Krillo Index, so you see your rank, your competitors and the questions you lose from the first minute. You can add questions of your own later.
What is the difference between Watch and Fix?
Watch shows everything and writes out every fix, so you can do it yourself. With Fix we make the changes in your store after your approval, keep the old text so you can undo it, and measure again.
I am on Shopify. How do I pay?
Install Krillo from the Shopify App Store. Your first changes are free and the plan is billed on your Shopify invoice, so there is no separate payment.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, every month, from the Plan page in your dashboard. On Fix, cancel within 14 days of your first payment and you get it back. Yearly plans: full refund within 14 days of the first payment.
Which assistants and countries do you measure?
ChatGPT and Gemini, in the Netherlands and Belgium. Leave your email on the index page if you sell somewhere else, and we tell you when your country goes live.
Can a store pay for a better position?
No. The index has no paid positions. The questions are published and every answer is kept.
Do you guarantee a place in ChatGPT?
No one can, and we do not promise it. We show what AI answers today, what to change, and whether you were named more often after the change.
