If you cancel within fourteen days of your first payment, you get that first month back, whether you are a consumer or a business. As a consumer you also have a legal cooling-off period of fourteen days. For work we do in your store (Fix), that right ends once the work is fully delivered, and only if you explicitly agreed to that when ordering.
