How does Krillo measure my store?
Every month we ask ChatGPT and Gemini the same buying questions for every store in your category and country, and count who is named and who is recommended. Your key questions we ask every week: 5 with Watch, 15 with Fix.
Is my store already in the index?
If you sell in a category we measure in the United States, the Netherlands or Belgium, probably yes. Selling somewhere else? Leave your email on the index page and we tell you when your country goes live. Type your store at the top of this page: you see your rank for free, without an account.
Can stores pay for a better position?
No. The index has no paid positions. The questions are published and every answer is kept.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, every month, from the Plan page in your dashboard. The first 14 days of Watch are free: cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing. On Fix, if you cancel within fourteen days of your first payment, you get that month back.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. Check up to ten client stores for free on the agencies page, then follow every client store for 29 a month per store.
